How a mascot drove high-quality leads for Bajaj Capital
Bajaj Capital, one of India’s most trusted financial services brands, wanted to highlight its health insurance offerings during the Covid crisis, tasking Albatrot with driving quality leads.
We launched “Captain Bajaj,” a mascot-led campaign using comic strips to share health insurance tips across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. We optimised ad structures by testing lead ads against microsite click ads, finding lead ads more efficient.
A mix of photo and video creatives conveyed informative, emotional, and fun messages across different consumer journey stages, guiding audiences from awareness to conversion. Strategic targeting broadened reach, refined retargeting pools, and strengthened lead generation, ensuring high-quality conversions for the sales teams.
