Diwali is often seen as a homecoming. But for many, “home” isn’t a place, it’s the people we love. SWISS embraced this truth, positioning itself as the enabler of heartfelt reunions with a 360° campaign that redefined what coming home means.
A warm digital film anchored the narrative, while GenAI-powered social content and a UGC contest offering a trip to Switzerland encouraged audiences to share their stories. Over 30 influencers extended the message, and airport activations turned postcards into moments of connection. Targeted paid campaigns ensured reach, positioning SWISS as a love brand, reminding the world that “home is where your people are.”
