Say It with an Emoji: Making engagement fun at Sony Pictures Networks
Sony Pictures Networks wanted to drive participation in its annual Great Place To Work survey by reminding employees why SPN is an employer of choice.
Albatrot launched “Say it with an emoji,” a month-long internal campaign using emojis to highlight SPN’s diverse benefits and policies in a fun, relatable way.
Through digital touchpoints like emailers and workplace posts, and on-ground branding across lifts and posters, we gamified the experience and incentivised participation with rewards.
The approach turned an annual task into a moment of light-hearted engagement, leading to over 65% participation. Notably, physical and mental wellbeing policies saw 20% higher participation, reinforcing SPN’s commitment to employee wellbeing.
