Alila Diwa Goa | From getaway to go-to
Nestled in the heart of South Goa’s paddy fields, Alila Diwa had long been a favourite among out-of-towners. But the brand wanted more, to become a part of Goa’s cultural fabric, not just its tourism map. Albatrot was brought on board to shift the narrative from holiday-only to a space that locals could experience, celebrate, and return to.
We leaned into the property’s rich experiential offerings, curated dining, serene wellness spaces, and a slice of slow luxury to speak directly to Goa’s homegrown community. With sharp audience mapping, hyper-local influencer tie-ups, participative contests, and crowdsourced visual storytelling, we sparked new conversations. Strategic media spends made sure these stories reached both the local brunch-goer and the weekend vacationer.
