Being one of the biggest players in the Media and Entertainment industry, SPN was looking to expand its team with a talented pool of tech recruits. They awarded their mandate towards recruitment campaigns to Albatrot to help hire skilled personnel and take the brand to new heights.

Albatrot came on board with a campaign strategy that focused on targeting potential tech talent across major Indian cities via LinkedIn. The messaging of this campaign was based on industry driven data and highlighted the brand’s ethos and legacy and focused on it being a great place to merge an applicant’s skill with their passion for entertainment.

Using various Ad formats such as Sponsored Content, Spotlight & Conversation Ads, we targeted potential candidates to apply for specific job openings. We even leveraged Dynamic ads to tailor our ads to each member based on their own LinkedIn profile data, such as profile photo, company name, or job title.
