About the Team

We are looking for an Community Manager  to join our small client servicing team. This role will be a part of the business operations team.  The business operations team takes care of business administration. They are the backbone of the company and they ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are delivered.

About the Role

The Community Manager is expected to -

• Understand popular social media networks - design, functionality, users

• Manage online presence of the brand through regular scheduling of content

• Understand and handle social media buying

• Provide analysis using social listening tools

• Response management

• High attention to details

• Organizational skills

Soft Skills -

• Good Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written grammar

Qualifications Required

• Graduate - in any field of study

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of digital marketing, freshers with the right attitude and education are also welcome to apply

• Should be active on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter

• Experience in handling social media pages for - professionally, or for college events / internship level

• Experience in working with a team is a bonus, not a must

• Social media/Digital management course is a bonus, not a must

• Knowledge of media buying is a bonus, not a must

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital platforms is a bonus, not a must

*The candidate should be based out of Mumbai or should be willing to move to Mumbai on his/her own cost.
