About the Role

The Associate Design Manager should be able to/should   -

• Understand the client brief

• Think creatively and independently

• Constantly update yourself of new design trends and suggest ideas accordingly

• Design websites, social media, and other digital content

• Design branding and other marketing collateral

• Understand design style and maintain consistency in all designs

• The designer will work with other team members and other teams (operations, content, account management)

 

Soft Skills -

• Good Communication Skills

 

Qualifications Required

• Graduate - in any field of study

• Softwares - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Knowledge of Sketch and XD is a bonus, but not mandatory

• Should have experience designing for web - websites, mobile applications, social media, other digital platforms. Knowledge of print and OOH is a bonus, not mandatory

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of digital marketing

• Should have a strong portfolio/experience of design either on a professional or college level - applications received without the portfolio will not be taken forward

• Should have a fair understanding of how social media works
